Step-down Subsidiaries, namely SS & L Beach Private Limited and Maldives Property Holdings Private Limited, including the payment of interest thereon through investment in such step-down Subsidiaries; iv. Promoters And Management:

Atul I. Chordia, Chairman and Executive Director of the Company, has over 31 years of experience in the real estate sector. He completed his first year of a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Ness Wadia College, Pune. A director since 2002, he oversees the Company’s overall operations and management. He also serves as a director at Premsagar Infra Private Limited since 1992. Atul has received several accolades, including the Hoteliers Award 2019 - Developer of the Year, Asia One-World’s Greatest Leaders Award 2017-2018, Times of India Real-Estate Icons of Pune Award 2022, and the Eminent Wadian Award 2024. Tuhin Parikh, Non-Executive Nominee Director of the Company, holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Bombay and a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad. With 22 years of experience in the construction and real estate sector, he previously served on the board of TCG Urban Infrastructure Holdings Limited (2002-2007). Since January 15, 2007, he has been with Blackstone Advisors India Private Limited and currently serves as Senior Managing Director and Head of the Real Estate Group in India. Nipun Sahni, Non-Executive Nominee Director of the Company, holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s in finance and control from the University of Delhi. With over 13 years of experience in the real estate sector, he is currently the co-chair of the real estate committee at IVCA. Previously, he was associated with AGM India Advisors, DSP Merrill Lynch Capital, and GE Capital Services India. He also serves on the board of Multi TV Technology Solutions.
