i. San Trica Realtors is an integrated service provider in hospitality and real estate sector. The Company provides restaurant and hotel services. The Company, handbagged India’s first single largest valued auction in the co-operative sector in 2007 through which the Company got it’s first project of “Hotel Ranjeet”.

ii. Originally the hotel had 1 (one) Restaurant, 3 (three) Banquets and 22 (twenty two) Rooms. The hotel is located at a prime location with footholds of famous personalities. It is located in Bhandarkar road, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune and built on an area of about 9,423 sq. ft. i.e. 1170 Sq. meters.

iii. Our hotel platform emphasizes on strategic locations, efficient design and development, appropriate positioning in hotel segments together with branding and operational tie-ups with leading hospitality companies. They use their experience to actively manage the hotel assets to drive performance. In addition, the Group has developed commercial and retail spaces, in close proximity to certain of their hotels.

iv. The company has developed its hotels at prominent locations with high barriers-to-entry and in large density business districts of their respective metro cities, according to the Horwath report.

v. They believe that the company has a competitive advantage in the cities of Pune and Mumbai extending upto the district of Palghar as well due to reasons as listed below:
i. The significant time outlay required to build and establish a profitable hotel or commercial project.
ii. Their early mover advantage in large, mixed-use developments in specific micro-markets and availability of unutilized land at certain of their hotel properties to further expand their operations, among others.

vi. The Group has undergone major transformation from being a land aggregator/ purchaser/ investor to now successfully developing, finishing and handing over its own Residential & Commercial projects. Besides undertaking residential and commercial projects, the Company is planning to diversify into hotels, IT parks, malls, farm houses and other infrastructural developments.

i. Mr. Krupesh Deepak Thakur aged 31 years, is graduated from Mumbai University and business management courses from renowned institutes. Apart from qualification in management he has got vast experience in management from ground levels Infrastructure source and planning is his core competency through which he is helping franchisee wing. ii. Ms. Abhilasha Nitin Thorave, She is young dynamic enthusiast lady having bright Academic Career since her school and have persuade a medical graduation from a medical school and further geared up for her PG Medical Studies. She has keen interest in various Business activities since her childhood & has nurtured her Entrepreneur Qualities through accompanying her parents during their Business meets. She has also cultivated her leadership in her school and college days by successfully fighting elections and achieving post till deputy general secretary of universities. As a second-generation entrepreneur she is likely to play vital role in growth of the Company. iii. Mr. Sandeep Madhukar Joshi, A veteneran personality who has got versatile experience in Business & Administration from Electronics Garments and since 2 decades in Real Estate. He is an Alumni of Mumbai University who completed his Engineering from Mumbai one of the Top most college that is VJTI. His talents and polite but professional approach has helped him to become Successful. In enhancing customer satisfaction ratio in his entire tenure. Though he has versatile experience in real estate of Mumbai. But acquisition of redevelopment projects has become his main forte. Hence the plans of San Trica Realtors Limited in implementing an asset like development model will get boost with his experience.
