Promoters And Management:

1. Padmaja Chunduru is the Managing Director and CEO of the Company since September 22, 2021. With over 37 years of banking experience in India and the U.S., she previously served as MD & CEO of Indian Bank and held senior roles at SBI, including Deputy MD and Country Head (U.S. Operations). She is a recipient of several prestigious awards and led the Indian Bank–Allahabad Bank merger, now a Harvard Business School case study. 2. Parveen Kumar Gupta is the Chairman and Public Interest Director of the Company since September 6, 2022. He has 39 years of banking experience and held key positions at SBI, including MD (Risk & Compliance), MD (Retail), and CEO of SBI Capital Markets. He is also a member of various RBI committees and a former Senior Advisor at Bank of Baroda. 3. Madhu Sudan Sahoo has been a Public Interest Director since April 18, 2023. With over four decades of experience in economic policy and financial market regulation, he has served as Chairperson of the IBBI, SEBI Whole-Time Member, Economic Adviser at NSE, and Director in the Ministry of Finance. He is currently a Distinguished Professor at NLU Delhi and has led several high-level government committees.
