i. Sweety Rahul Jain, aged 34 years is the Managing Director of the Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media and also holds master’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. She is on the Board of the Company since incorporation. She has been entrusted with the overall responsibility of the management of the Company and its affairs. Apart from her association with our Company, she is a director on the boards of Westpac Investments Private Limited ii. Neeraj Ashok Chothani, aged 32 years is the Executive Director of the Company. He is associated with the Company since its incorporation. He holds a master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is also the Managing Director of our Group Company, Chothani Foods Limited. iii. Payal Vikram Jain, aged 30 years is the Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Payal Vikram Jain is the Non-Executive Director of the Company. She is a Chartered Accountant in public practice with experience of over a decade. She also holds a degree in Law. She also holds certificates in Merchant Banking (NISM) and Insurance Broking (IRDA). She has vast knowledge in the field of taxation, finance, insurance, and investment advisory.
