i. Completed and revenue-generating properties, ensuring stable returns.
ii. Investments made through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for better operational control and risk management.

Investment Objectives

The REIT’s primary focus is to:
i. Invest and reinvest in completed, revenue-generating properties under various schemes.
ii. Maintain a balance of investments in:
a. Real estate properties via SPVs.                                    b. Liquid assets for short-term returns.
c. Ancillary businesses, such as operation and maintenance of REIT assets.

Additionally, the REIT will:
i. Manage Net Distributable Cash Flows (NDCF) efficiently, distributing these to Unitholders after fulfilling all financial obligations.
ii. Retain a reserve for anticipated obligations, ensuring financial stability and flexibility.

The REIT is managed by a team of skilled professionals under the Investment Manager, bringing years of expertise in:
i. Real estate development and operations.
