Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Limited, originally incorporated as partnership firm “Vashishtha Exports” in 2010, was converted into a private limited company on September 6, 2022 and renamed as Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Limited on May 8, 2023 (CIN: U17100MH2022PLC389963).

Headquartered in Mumbai, the Company is a 100% Export House engaged in high-fashion hand embroidery, luxury accessories, and garments, serving international designers and fashion houses across Europe, UK, USA, Australia, and Turkey in both couture and prêt-à-porter segments.

Infrastructure & Facilities

Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Limited operates an in-house computerized design studio with modern equipment, supported by a team of around 90 skilled embroidery artisans and a dedicated material sourcing team. The Company runs a sample manufacturing facility at its Mumbai office through its subsidiary, Vashishtha Embroidery Pvt. Ltd., while also receiving production support from Anas Embroidery, a promoter group entity owned by Director Archana Odiya.
