Mr. Vipul Devchand Rupareliya, aged 38 years is Chairman cum Managing Director and also the Promoter of the Company. He is under graduate. He was appointed on the Board on December 16, 2015 and further designated as the Chairman cum Managing Director of the Company on August 16, 2023 for a period of 5 years, not liable to retire by rotation. He is having experience of 9 years in real estate industry. He has been instrumental in taking major policy decision of the Company. He is playing vital role in formulating business strategies and effective implementation of the same. He is Strategic and results-oriented business leader with experience in strategy, planning, management and operations results-oriented business leader with experience in strategy, planning, management and operations. Mrs. Sumitaben Vipulbhai Rupareliya, aged 35 years is the Whole-Time Director and also Promoter of the Company. She is under graduate. She was originally appointed on the Board on December 16, 2015 and further designated as Whole-Time Director w.e.f. August 16, 2023. She is having experience of 8 years in real estate industry. She is responsible for the administration and overall management of the business of the Company. Mr. Jatin Shah, aged 40 years, is the Non-Executive Director of the Company. He hold degree of bachelor of commerce. He was appointed on the Board as Non-Executive Director of the Company on January 23, 2024. He is having of experience of 3 years in sales and marketing industry.
