Promoters And Management:

Digambar Chunnilal Bagde, Executive Chairman of the Company, holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. With over 40 years of experience in the EPC industry, he has been associated with Transrail Engineering, Associated Transrail Structures (as promoter), and Gammon India (as Deputy Managing Director, Transmission and Distribution). Randeep Narang, Managing Director and CEO of the Company, holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Delhi and a postgraduate diploma in marketing from the Institute of Marketing Management, New Delhi. With over 35 years of experience in marketing and T&D, he has held key positions at Bharti Airtel (COO, West), CEAT Kilani Holdings, Sri Lanka (Managing Director), and KEC International (President, T&D International). Sanjay Kumar Verma, Non-Executive Director of the Company, holds a master's diploma in computer systems and networks from Kharkiv State Polytechnical University, Ukraine. With 8 years of experience in business administration, consulting, and commodity trading, he has worked with firms like Arthur D. Little India and Fair Commodities Trading S.A. He is also a director on the boards of multiple companies, including RMH Ventures, Yash Structure, and Skytek Unmanned Aerial Solutions.
