Appointed to the Board on September 25, 2020, and as Chairman cum Managing Director from June 5, 2024, for five years, he holds an M.Sc. and has 26 years of marketing experience. As the founder, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and fostering innovation. Previously associated with CSC India Pvt Ltd and CSS Corp. Pvt Ltd, his leadership combines expertise in marketing with a vision for resilience and growth. Mrs. Reshma Budhia, aged 43, is the Whole-Time Director and Promoter of Toss the Coin Ltd. Appointed to the Board on September 25, 2020, and reappointed as Whole-Time Director on June 5, 2024, she is a co-founder of the company. A B.Sc. graduate from Bangalore University with 21 years of experience, she has worked with global firms to drive marketing growth strategies. Her leadership has been instrumental in the company’s continuous growth. Mr. Sudhanshu Budhia, aged 46, is the Non-Executive Director of Toss the Coin Ltd. Appointed on January 15, 2024, and regularized as Non-Executive Director on February 10, 2024, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering and brings over 25 years of experience in water treatment and air pollution control. His expertise spans business management, including recruitment, finance, purchasing, and sales, along with strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
