The Company is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and selling of cotton yarn and value-added yarns. It has set up a Greenfield spinning unit at Dholka, Ahmedabad, with an installed capacity of 29,376 spindles. The current production capacity stands at 90,11,850 kgs of cotton yarn annually, catering mainly to denim industries.

Siddhi Cotspin manufactures a wide range of cotton and specialty yarns, including Compact Carded & Combed Hosiery, Compact Carded & Combed Weaving, Carded and Combed Weaving & Hosiery, Eli KW, Eli CW, Slub Yarn, Siro Slub Yarn, CSY-Lycra-Core Spin Yarn (Spandex) and TFO Yarn – Double

In addition, the Company conditions high-quality ready-made yarns and also trades in raw cotton, cotton waste (by-products), fabrics, and cotton yarn.

Siddhi Cotspin Limited serves a strong customer base primarily located in Gujarat, with its cotton yarn widely supplied to leading denim manufacturers. In addition to domestic sales, the company indirectly exports its products to multiple international markets through merchant exporters, thereby extending its reach beyond India while maintaining a strong presence in the local textile ecosystem.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from Pune University and brings over 20 years of experience in the textile industry. He oversees the overall operations of the Company. 2. Mr. Aansh Rajesh Bindal, aged 24 years, serves as the Whole-Time Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Lancaster and has over one year of experience in the textile industry. 3. Ms. Drashti Laxmikant Solanki, aged 31 years, is an Independent Director of the Company. She is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Gujarat University. She has more than 7 years of experience in corporate law and compliance across various companies.
