Sharvaya Metals Limited is engaged in the business of manufacturing and supplying aluminium products to both domestic and international markets. With a legacy of over 10 years and a manufacturing unit established in 2017, the Company has built a strong presence across diverse industries.

Product Portfolio

The Company manufactures a wide range of aluminium products including:

1. Aluminium Alloyed Ingots
2. Aluminium Billets
3. Aluminium Slabs
4. Aluminium Sheets & Circles
5. Aluminium Extrusion Dies
6. Electric Vehicle (EV) Battery Housing (battery cases/enclosures)

These products find applications in cookware, consumer appliances, EV, LED, aviation, defence, automotive, extrusions, and construction sectors.

Manufacturing Facility

The Company operates from its manufacturing unit in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, strategically located with access to transport, skilled labour, electricity, and water. Equipped with advanced infrastructure for raw material storage, production, finished goods handling, quality control, and R&D, the facility houses modern machinery including a PLC-controlled 10-ton aluminium melting furnace, hot and cold rolling machines, circle punching and cutting machines, and an annealing furnace, enabling high-precision production of ingots, billets, slabs, sheets, circles, and EV battery housings.

Promoters And Management:

1. Shreyans Katariya (30) is the Promoter, Chairman, and Managing Director of the Company since February 12, 2024. Associated with the Company since inception, he holds a B.Com degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University (2015) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2022. With over 7 years of experience in the aluminium industry, he is conversant with lean manufacturing systems, quality control, and has led planning, team building, and stakeholder engagement. 2. Balasaheb Kale (57) has been Executive Director of the Company since October 1, 2020. He holds a Higher Secondary Certificate in Commerce and brings over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance. Formerly proprietor of M/s. Photography & Multi Services, he has expertise in GST returns, government liaison, book-keeping, and related services. 3. Surbhi Jain (33) is a Non-Executive Independent Director since January 22, 2024. A Chartered Accountant with B.Com and M.Com from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, she has 9 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and internal control. She runs M/s. Jain Surbhi & Associates, specializing in income tax litigation, direct and indirect taxation, CMA projections, and financing activities.
