Promoters And Management:

Mr. Manoj Joshi, the Founder Promoter and CEO of the company, has been a Director since November 1, 2021. He briefly served as Managing Director from December 1 to December 14, 2023. With a Bachelor of Commerce from Rajasthan University and a Chartered Accountant qualification, he has over 25 years of experience in IT Consulting and Technology. Mr. Joshi provides overall guidance, visionary leadership, and sets long-term goals for the organization. Ms. Priyanka Joshi is one of the promoters and Directors of the Company. She has been appointed as a Director of the company since November 01, 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM) degree. She has more than 20 years of experience in Business operations. She is responsible for the overall Business operations, Human Resources and Finance. Mr. Ritesh Sharma, a Non-Executive Director of the company since December 6, 2023, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Diploma in Computer Management. With over 16 years of experience in business operations, he oversees business operations, strategy consulting, IT solutions, and service delivery across India and North America. Previously, he worked with SA Technologies Inc., USA, from 2007 to 2011 and has been with SA Tech Software India Limited since then.
