He holds a Civil Engineering degree from Dnyaneshwar Vidyapeeth (1991) and has around 25 years of experience in Civil Engineering. He has been a Director since the company's incorporation on July 20, 1999, and was appointed as Managing Director for a five-year term in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 8, 2024. 2. Mr. Sanjay Bhalchandra Vidwans, aged 55, is the Promoter and Whole Time Director of the company. He completed his Civil Engineering degree from Dnyaneshwar Vidyapeeth in 1991 and has 25 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Financial Management. He has been a Director since the company's inception and was appointed as Whole Time Director for five years in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 8, 2024. 3. Mr. Sunil Shrikrishna Bhalerao, aged 56, is the Promoter and Whole Time Director of the company. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from Dnyaneshwar Vidyapeeth (1991) and has 25 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Administration. He has been a Director since the company’s incorporation and was appointed as Whole Time Director for a five-year term in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 8, 2024.
