1. Mosesjoseph Arunkumar (58 years) is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, associated since incorporation and redesignated as Managing Director effective August 1, 2022. He holds an MBBS, M.Ch. (Neurosurgery) and DNB (Neurosurgery), with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. He has previously served as Consultant Neurosurgeon at Apollo Speciality Hospital and CMC Vellore and currently oversees the overall management of the Company. During FY 2024–25, he received remuneration, perquisites and professional charges aggregating to ₹577.22 lakhs. 2. Fenn Kavitha Fenn Arunkumar (54 years) is the Promoter and Whole-time Director, associated since incorporation and redesignated effective August 1, 2022. She holds an MBBS, DPM, and DNB (Psychiatry), with over 22 years of experience in healthcare. She oversees policy implementation and business execution. During FY 2024–25, she received professional charges of ₹59.39 lakhs. 3. Arunkumar Nalina (29 years) is a Non-Executive Director of the Company and has been associated since January 3, 2022. She holds an MBBS degree from Christian Medical College, Vellore (2020) and is currently enrolled in a six-year Neurosurgery program at CMC Vellore.
