Objects of the EMA Partners India Limited IPO:

The Company proposes to raise funds to accomplish the following objects: i. Augmenting Leadership Team for (a) the Company and (b) its subsidiaries, ii. Capital expenditure towards upgrading the existing IT infrastructure for (a) the Company and (b) its subsidiaries, iii. Repayment and/or pre-payment, in full, of the borrowing availed by the Company with respect to purchase of office premises, iv. General Corporate Purposes and unidentified inorganic acquisitions. Promoters And Management:

Mr. Krishnan Sudarshan, Chairman & MD of EMA Partners India, is a Civil Engineer from NIT Kurukshetra and an HBS alumnus. With 20+ years of experience in executive search, he leads operations in India, Singapore, and Dubai, driving the company's growth since inception. Mr. Subramanian Krishnaprakash, Promoter and Whole-time Director of EMA Partners India, is a Mechanical Engineer from Annamalai University with a PG diploma in Business Administration from Loyola Institute, Chennai. With 20+ years of experience in executive search across sectors, he specializes in leadership consulting and building teams for private equity portfolio companies. He has been with the company since its inception. Mr. Shekhar Ganapathy, Non-Executive Director of EMA Partners India, holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharathidasan University and a PGDM from IIM Calcutta. With over 20 years of experience in sales and IT, he has held leadership roles at S1 Services and ACI Worldwide. Currently, he is Executive Director at Helius Computech India and Helius Technologies Pte Ltd. He has been with the company since 2003.
