Promoters And Management:

Sameer Akshay Pakvasa, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, is also its Promoter. He completed his matriculation in 1994 and has been with the Company since 2001, gaining expertise in business operations. With over 20 years of industry experience, he has played a key role in improving efficiency, expanding market presence, and enhancing service delivery. Under his leadership, the Company has implemented successful initiatives, driving strategic growth and aligning all departments with corporate objectives. Mayank Kumar Sharma, Whole-time Director of the Company, holds a BBA and MBA from Dr. C.V. Raman University (2011, 2013) and a PG diploma in Material & Supply Chain Management. He also completed a Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management course from RICS in 2015. Associated with the Company since 2011, he has 13 years of experience in project management, production, logistics, procurement, and quantity surveying. Sonal Pakvasa, Non-Executive Director of the Company, completed her ICSE in 1968 and holds a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Mumbai. She has been associated with the Company since its incorporation.
