The company specializes in manufacturing customized Lithium-ion batteries, motors, and powertrain components for electric vehicles (EVs), alongside stationary applications such as solar energy systems, energy storage solutions (ESS), and telecommunications.

Product Offerings
The company provides B2B solutions tailored to mobility applications (electric two, three, and four-wheelers) and stationary applications. Products include:

  • Lithium-ion battery packs
  • Motors
  • Powertrain components like controllers, throttles, DC-DC converters, displays, and differentials
  • Custom-designed solutions for specific applications using lithium-ion batteries

Manufacturing Facilities
CLN Energy operates two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities:

  1. Noida, Uttar Pradesh (42,000 sq. ft)
  2. Pune, Maharashtra (21,000 sq. ft)

These facilities feature cutting-edge technology, including in-house R&D labs, laser welding machines, automatic welding, cell grading machines, and end-of-line testing equipment.

Promoters And Management:

Sunil Gandhi, aged 50 years, is a Chief Executive Officer since April 09, 2022 and became Whole Time Director of our Company w.e.f. June 19, 2024. He holds diploma course in Electrical Engineering with Specialization in Electronics and Television Technology from YMCA Institute of Engineering, Faridabad and has also Pursued Post Diploma Graduation in Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. He has over a more than 2 decade of combined experience in Software Technology and Telecommunication Industry. He has worked with many organizations including Reliance Infocom Limited & Bharti Airtel Limited. Manish Shah, aged 51 years, is the Whole Time Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company w.e.f. June 19, 2024. He holds bachelor’s degree in Engineering at North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. He has over two decades of experience in electrical & telecommunication industry. He has worked as with Reliance Group and Indus Tower Limited. He has been associated with Company since 2019. Rajiv Seth, aged 54 years is a Chairman & Non-Executive Director (Director) of our Company. He had acquired indirect stake of the company through CLN Energy Pte Ltd dated November 19, 2019, thus making him a promoter of the company. He holds bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering at Kurukshetra University. He has over 2 decades of experience in overall managing and promoting companies. He is the promoter of 4 foreign companies including our holding company.
