CKK Retail Mart Limited was originally incorporated on February 14, 2005, is engaged in the distribution and trading of packaged products catering to both retail and wholesale markets. Its core focus is on packaged agro-commodities such as sugar, rice, pulses, and ghee, along with packaged products including milk powder and soft drinks (carbonated and fruit-based). The Company commenced active business operations in FY 2020–21 and has since built a strong regional presence across Maharashtra, Bihar, West Bengal, and the north-eastern states.
Product Portfolio Expansion
In April 2025, CKK Retail Mart Limited expanded its offerings with the launch of “FruitzzzUp”, a fruit pulp-based juice brand, reflecting its strategy to diversify into value-added consumer products and cater to changing consumption patterns. In addition to its core trading activities, the Company also undertakes consultancy assignments on a selective basis.
Distribution Models
The Company operates through two well-defined distribution structures:
i) Three-Tier Distribution Model: Products are supplied to super stockists, who distribute them to distributors, and thereafter to retailers and wholesalers. This model enables faster market penetration, upfront cash inflows, and lower working capital requirements.
ii) Direct-to-Distributor Model: Products are supplied directly to distributors, bypassing super stockists, allowing better margin realization and efficient servicing of retail and wholesale customers.
This dual approach provides flexibility, optimizes working capital, and supports scalable growth.
Digital and Quick Commerce Presence
Recognizing the shift towards convenience-driven consumption, the Company has entered the quick commerce segment by listing its products on platforms such as Zepto and Blinkit. This has strengthened its digital retail footprint and improved last-mile reach to urban consumers.
