Mr. Shikhir Gupta (43, Promoter, Chairman & Managing Director), B.E. in Engineering; past experience with Cognizant, Satyam, and Colt. Expert in database and application architecture across multiple industries. Provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for the company’s growth. His long-term vision has been pivotal in shaping Austere Systems into a trusted IT solutions provider. 3. Mr. Piyush Gupta (40, CFO, Director & Promoter), He is a commerce graduate from University of Delhi in year 2005. He has been associated with our Company from 2018 and since then he looks after the Finance division of our company. With his strong background in financial strategy and corporate governance, he plays a crucial role in ensuring sustainable growth.
