Established in 2001, the Company is a leading plastic consumerware manufacturer with over 14 years of operational experience in producing everyday household products. The Company exports globally and also sells under its proprietary brand “All Time Branded Products” across India.

Business Model and Product Portfolio

The Company operates on a dual-channel business model:

a) B2B (White-label manufacturing): Supplying products to global retailers under their private labels.
b) B2C (All Time Branded Products): Distributed in India through modern trade, super distributors, and general trade networks.

As of March 31, 2025, the Company offered 1,848 SKUs across eight product categories, including Prep Time (kitchen tools), Containers (storage), Organization, Hangers, Meal Time (kitchenware), Cleaning Time, Bath Time and Junior (child-friendly products).

Global and Domestic Market Reach

The Company exported to 29 countries in FY25, primarily serving retailers in the European Union, the UK, and the USA. Key long-standing clients include IKEA (27+ years), Asda (14+ years), Michaels (4+ years) and Tesco (17+ years)

In India, products are sold through modern retailers like Spencer’s, along with a network of 5 super distributors, 38 distributors, and sales coverage across 23 states and 6 UTs.

Focus on Sustainability

The Company prioritizes sustainable manufacturing through zero landfill waste, no air pollution operations, and efficient water usage via rainwater harvesting and recycling systems. In FY25, 27.21% of raw materials used were recycled, and the Company holds key certifications such as the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit. These initiatives strengthen its competitiveness in global markets.

Promoters And Management:

1. Kailesh Punamchand Shah is the Promoter, Chairman, and Managing Director of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Bombay and has been associated with the Company since its incorporation. With over 40 years of experience in finance, manufacturing operations, and procurement in the consumerware industry, he also partners in Chhaya Plastics Industries and related firms. He was recognized as one of India’s Greatest Leaders 2018–19 by Asia One. 2. Bhupesh Punamchand Shah is the Promoter and Whole-time Director of the Company. He has pursued a commerce degree from the University of Bombay and holds a diploma in public speaking. He has over 40 years of experience in administration and logistics operations in the consumerware industry and is a partner in various group businesses. 3. Nilesh Punamchand Shah is the Promoter and Whole-time Director of the Company. A commerce graduate from the University of Bombay, he brings over 40 years of experience in IT, sales, marketing, and strategic planning in the consumerware industry. He is also a partner in Chhaya Plastics Industries and other affiliated firms.
