The Company, initially incorporated as “3C IT Solutions & Telecoms (India) Private Limited” under the Companies Act, 2013, received its certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Pune, India, on March 24, 2015. Later, the company was converted into a public limited company and renamed “3C IT Solutions & Telecoms (India) Limited” following a special resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on July 27, 2023. Promoters And Management:

Ranjit Kulladhaja Mayengbam, 47, is the Founder, Promoter, Chairman, and Managing Director of the Company. He has been a Director since the company's inception and became Managing Director on August 16, 2023. With over 16 years of industry experience, he has been instrumental in establishing and growing the business. Ranjit oversees overall operations, providing strategic advice, mentoring employees, and ensuring the company meets its mission and regulatory requirements. He holds a master’s degree in Marketing Management, a bachelor’s degree in Science, and a diploma in Business Management from the University of Pune. He has received the Crest of Honor from Bharati Vidyapeeth and the Silver Jubilee Excellence Award 2019 from Indira Institute of Management. Gangarani Devi Mayengbam, 46, is the Founder, Promoter, Executive Director, and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. She holds a bachelor's degree from Manipur University, a master's degree in History from Jamia Millia Islamia, and a diploma in archival studies from the School of Archival Studies, New Delhi. She has been on the Board since the company's inception and was appointed CFO on August 16, 2023. As CFO, she oversees financial planning, investment strategies, budgeting, and financial risk management. Her responsibilities include accurate financial reporting, managing budgets, and supervising the finance and accounts team. Sujeet Dinanath Naik, 50, is a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the Company, holding a master's degree in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Science. He joined the Board on July 28, 2023. With over 23 years of experience in the telecom industry (Tata Tele Services Ltd, Tata Communications Internet Services Ltd, VSNL-Tata Indicom Broadband Division, Reliance Communications), consumer durables (Gillette India Ltd), and service industry (Skypak Services Specialists Ltd), he also serves as a Director on the board of Agribiosys Private Limited.
