Market rate 1989… 100% AR Confirmed… Its your choice… now… Better to sell in buyback to avoid tax

    Very good ER 79/ 200 i.e. 39.5%, expecting More than 80% Acceptance.

SRK Sir, the Price of TIIL has been increasing daily for the last few days. Should we consider it buying at CMP of 895/- or should wait for 850/-?

Have you made any position in this?

I have purchased a few shares at 850/- in past but today I sold them at @897/-.

      Sir,
I am holding 64 shares @ Rs.852/-. I am hopefully looking forward for the AR of not less than 40%. Thank you n all the best.

The above information is relating to the Buyback of shares of Cosmos First Buyback . Sorry.

Cosmo first and jen pharma buyback MEETING are on 1st dec 22.shares are rising

Thanks Girish Ji. you are great !!

Too high runup in Cosmofirst and JENBURKT PHARMACEUTICALS LTD.

Also didn’t like 29% retail holding in Jenburkt pharma…

      Would definitely wait for details..

Jenburkt Pharmaceuticals Ltd declared an open market buyback at the maximum price of 702/-. Investors can wait for an exit at price higher than CMP once the company started buying from the open market.

Volumes are very low in stock. And in the coming days, we can expect a rise in price because of buying of free float shares by the company from the open market.

    IEX Buyback:
0.55% only and that also through open market…
    Avoid from my side..

Meeting for Buyback from IEX on 25th November. This company has no promoter and shares are with public and have 39% share with small share holders.
I feel it should be open market… Not much beneficial…
Experts kindly suggest, if it should be bought now?

Jagran 69.80, slowly moving to Rs 75/- the buyback price… Leading to 100% AR 🙂

      Sumit ji,

I am also hopefully looking forward for a very good AR. I have purchased 830 shares in all for the two accounts due to the financial constraints. Thank you.

Great SRK Ji, But why in 2 accounts? as upto 2 lac can be bought in 1 account?

          Sumit ji,

By selling some of the shares in the respective accounts. Thank you.

Can’t resist. Bought 200@848. Any comment from experts. AR would hopefully cover the price fluctuation 🙂

      Sumit ji,

Today I also have purchased only 36 shares @ Rs.846.8 due to the financial constraints. Hopefully looking forward for a good AR.

Appears to be good option, but would wait to get at 820 -830… Market already heated up …

Dear Sumitji, Any idea, like what is the possbile AR or ER one can look forward in this script

ER should be 14 to 16% as probably not much retail would be added,, AR should be 30-40%. Lets wait for the record date for more clarity..

          Sumit ji,

If AR is not less than 30%, we can consider the Buyback as a reasonably good one. Of course, let’s wait and see. Thank you.
