Can you pls confirm, when will the buyback amount gets credited into our bank from company?

If you are asking about Ashiana Housing, the amounts are already credited to the respective bank accounts. If about other buybacks, please search for the last date of settlement of that particular buyback. Please see other sites also to know more. All the best.

I had bought 200 shares of Ashiana at 201 before the record date. I sold 150 shares at 209 post record date. I tendered remaining 50 shares for buyback. They accepted 20 shares. What could be the reason?

167/800. Around 21% AR. Not that much bad as feared.

Sold out all the unaccepted 633 shares @Rs.202.1 keeping in view my financial limitations n constraints. Reasonable profit.

You sold it today? It is not showing in my Zerodha as well as PayTM Money account?

I have sold all in our two accounts I.e., ICICI DIRECT and SBI SECURITIES. I don’t have any idea for not showing in the said accounts. All the best.

Al the shares were punched from Demat on 14 Aug at 07:33 Am and the remaining share were credited back on the same day at 12:46 PM so both brokers don’t show it in the holding and I am unable to sell. Is any other facing the same scenario?
Can you suggest when shares get punched from your Demat? I have Demat in CDSL and above mentioned time is as per the email I receive from CDSL for every Demat transactions.

I used to delete the messages after going through due to storage problem and hence no details can be shared now. Sorry for my inability to give the details as asked in the last message of you.

No problem. Thanks for your reply. I will ask for the help of Sumit and Gopi.

1 share stategy not work here!

Please correct tax payment as more than 42% instead of what is wrongly stated above. Error made is regretted. It is a very normal thing, to err is humane as someone said.☺️

It was 13.85% retail shareholders as per June 2023 shareholding at BSE. But only 3.20% as per offer document submitted on July 29th. Its a huge difference in one month on shareholding pattern. Any views ?

Could have avoided participation VSK Ji. What is the point raking up details now? This firm has disclosed payment of more than 60% tax in two financial years .

Please correct tax payment as more than 42% instead of what is wrongly stated above. Error made is regretted.

Something Strange on Total Retail Shareholders count mentioned at offer document. As per the offer document submitted to exchange on July 19th saying total retail shareholders is 28,669 holding 32,74,512 shares. But as per their shareholding pattern at BSE for the Quarter ending : June 2023 , total retail shareholders is 17709 holding 1,41,75,819 . Huge difference between latest data available at BSE and the offer document. Can anyone able to explain this.

Sir kaise calcukate kiya ? How.come.kama holding AR was 100% even though size was 50.cr only..seems.ajanta pharma welspun imdia buybacck size was smallish only
Any views on Arti drugs buyback & advise plz

      1. Calculation based on Buyback Offer Size: 1.78%.
      2. No idea about kama holding.
      3. Aarti drugs wait for board meeting outcome.

I think the ER and AR will be mostly same around 10-12%. High risk as no previous buyback history is available so not having any ideal of the small sharehoiders percentage out of public sharholdings.

It’s once again reiterated that ER can be assessed only on knowing the particulars of holdings by the investors on the Record Date and AR can be assessed only on knowing the details of bidding of shares, for buyback, held on the Record Date.

          I understand sir.
I thought you have an estimate in mind because you took a position.

    Hello friends
    Sorry for a stupid query
Please SHARE BUYBACK CHARGES FOR INDIVIDUAL BROKERs that used by my different friends. I just want to sort of comparison
    1. I use Groww that’s charge for BUYBACK is absolutely nominal
Thanks for your time and kind words

    Sumit ji,
Eagerly waiting for your kind views on this buyback. Though the difference between the CMP and Buyback Price is significant, yet the size of the buyback is worrisome. An earliest response will be of great help. Thank you very much in anticipation of your prompt response. All the best to you.

No update yet. Was online since morning but no release yet. Already have a decent position in this.
      and sorry for BSE

Thank you Rohit ji for your prompt response. Please don’t feel sorry about anything in this business. No one can predict the market movements. That’s why it’s such a thrilling arena. I am still left with some BSE shares. You have been contributing excellent inputs.
        .

Gopi ji and Umesh and all other my lovely bros
What will be possible BUYBACK price as per approximately calculation.

Thank you for the love. I have posted my comment already about the financial parameters and still standing by it. My humble suggestion is to wait for the outcome of the so called Board meeting. Who knows what the Board will decide. The advance announcement of the Board meeting makes me feel sceptical about the outcome in view of the early cases of Balmer Lawrie cos Faze and even Amrutanjan.

        Of course Gopi ji
        Thanks for your kind word.
Those sloppy Companies you mentioned was really threatened small investors like me. And because of those so called companies We really missed Good companies like BSE to early buying

Is Ashiana a good bet from investment perspective (ignoring the buyback news)?

The given financial parameters are indicative of poor performance overall. Not good to invest for long term.

Please do no confuse with negative dividend amount. The PAT is negative for those year. Ideally dividend should be zero.

How can dividend payment be in negative ( minus figures are seen in the dividend payment column). Why this 2 week advance announcement of Board meeting? Please don’t mind me Smelling something fishy.
