Business Activities

Incorporated in 2003, the company is primarily involved in manufacturing and selling sponge iron, a critical raw material for steel production. Sponge iron accounts for over 95% of its revenue. Although it previously produced mild steel ingots and allied products, these operations have been paused since 2020 due to high power costs. The company now plans to set up a captive power plant to resume full operations.

Manufacturing Facility

The company’s plant is located in Siltara, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, spread across 13.45 acres with an annual capacity of 30,000 MT. The site is strategically located near key raw materials—iron ore, coal, and dolomite—enabling cost efficiencies. An in-house lab ensures raw material and product quality through rigorous testing.

Market Presence

The company caters mainly to steel manufacturers in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh. Despite not having long-term contracts, it has built strong customer relationships due to consistent supply and product quality.

Key Strengths

i) Integrated Operations: In-house manufacturing ensures control over cost and quality.
