Promoters And Management:

Vinod Agrawal, 46, is the Promoter, Chairman, and Managing Director of Arunaya Organics Limited. A chemistry graduate from St. Xavier’s College with a post-graduate diploma in Business Entrepreneurship from EDII, he brings over a decade of experience in the dye industry. Before founding Arunaya, he served as Resident Director at Asiatic Colour-Chem Industries, focusing on international markets. At Arunaya, he leads strategic planning, operations, and product quality across key sectors. Shivali Agrawal, 47, is the Promoter and Executive Director of Arunaya Organics Limited. She has been with the company since August 2010, primarily overseeing administrative functions. She holds degrees in Commerce and Law, including a Master of Law from I.M. Nanavati Law College, bringing a strong legal and managerial background to the leadership team. Ashokbhai Agrawal, 78, is a Non-Executive Director at Arunaya Organics Limited. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and joined the company in December 2023. He is the proprietor of Varun Fastners, a business specializing in nuts and bolts since 2011, where he has managed commercial operations for over 12 years.
