Promoters And Management:

Mr. Chiragkumar Natvarlal Patel, 49, is the Promoter, Chairman & Managing Director, and CFO of the Company. A Commerce graduate from North Gujarat University, Patan, he founded the company and has 10 years of industry experience. He oversees finance, accounting, marketing, management, and office administration. Mr. Natvarbhai K. Rathod, 74, is the Promoter and Whole-Time Director of the Company. A Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering from the Technical Examination Board of Gujarat, he co-founded the company and has 30 years of experience as an Executive Engineer at Gujarat Electricity Board, along with 10 years in the company’s business. He oversees the company’s day-to-day administration. Mrs. Purnikaben C. Patel, 48, is the Promoter and Non-Executive Director of the Company. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts from North Gujarat University, Patan, she is also a Director at Chamunda Electro Tech Private Limited. Associated with the Company since July 1, 2024, she has around 4 years of experience in administration, handling similar responsibilities in the group company.
