With over 18 years of leadership experience in the power sector, he also chairs North-Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of NTPC. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited. He is responsible for driving corporate objectives, performance, and strategic growth to achieve the company’s vision. Jaikumar Srinivasan, Director (Finance) of the company and NTPC Limited, is an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India and holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Nagpur University. With over 17 years of experience as Director (Finance) in various power sector companies, including NLC India Limited and Maharashtra's State Electricity and Power Generation companies, he oversees financial policies, controls, and practices to align with corporate objectives. Shanmugha Sundaram Kothandapani, Director (Projects) of the company and NTPC Limited, holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bharathiar University and a postgraduate diploma in business management from MDI Gurgaon. Associated with NTPC since 1988, he has over 36 years of experience in project management, commissioning, and operations of power stations. As Director (Projects), he oversees timely construction, commissioning, and completion of projects within quality and cost parameters through effective project management.
