Business Model and Operations
The Company operates a bast fibre cottonising unit in Howrah, West Bengal, and specialises in the manufacturing of premium cottonised bast fibres, including flax (linen), jute, and hemp. It follows a B2B business model, supplying fibre and yarn products to spinning and weaving mills across domestic and international markets. Through advanced processing techniques, the Company converts long and brittle bast fibres into cotton-like short staple fibres, enabling blending of up to 55% with cotton and man-made fibres in conventional cotton spinning systems.

Yajur Fibres Limited serves customers across India, Turkey, Indonesia, Nepal, and Bangladesh. It has benefited from repeat orders from 159 customers over the past five years, out of a base of over 260 customers, reflecting product consistency, reliability, and cost efficiency.
The Company maintains an active sales and marketing presence through:

Subsidiary and Forward Integration
The Company acquired an 80% stake in Yashoda Linen Yarn Limited on January 30, 2025, making it a subsidiary. The subsidiary plans to establish a greenfield wet-spun linen yarn and blended yarn manufacturing unit at Vikram Udyogpuri, DMIC Industrial Park, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, as part of forward integration. The proposed project, with an estimated cost of ₹148.83 crore, is expected to be operational by December 2026.
Objects of the Yajur Fibres Limited IPO:
1. Capex expansion by setting up a 50,000 sq. ft. shed and installing additional production capacity at the existing manufacturing unit in Howrah, West Bengal. 2. Investment in subsidiary Yashodha Linen Yarn Limited for establishing a greenfield linen yarn manufacturing unit at DMIC, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. 3. Funding working capital requirements 4.
