Solarworld Energy Solutions, established in 2013, specializes in providing solar energy solutions, focusing on engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for solar power projects. The company offers end-to-end solutions tailored to the needs of public sector undertakings (PSUs) and commercial and industrial (C&I) clients, with a track record of successfully delivering solar power projects.

Business Models

Solarworld Energy Solutions operates under two key models:

1. CAPEX Model: The company designs, installs, and commissions solar power projects, with ownership vested in the customer. This model covers land evaluation, project design, procurement, equipment installation, and maintenance for the contracted period.

2. RESCO Model: Under this model, Solarworld installs, owns, and operates solar power projects, with customers purchasing power at fixed tariffs through long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs). This model reduces capital expenditure for the power purchaser.

Operations and Maintenance (O&M)

In addition to EPC services, Solarworld Energy Solutions offers operations and maintenance (O&M) services, ensuring long-term project performance and reliability. Around 95% of the company’s EPC projects are bundled with O&M services for periods ranging from two to five years.

Successful Track Record

Solarworld has successfully completed 46 ground-mounted and rooftop solar installations since its inception. The company’s client list includes notable names such as SJVN Green Energy Limited, Haldiram Snacks Private Limited, Ethnic Food Manufacturing Private Limited, and Samiksha Solarworld Private Limited.

Market Presence and Expansion Plans

The company has established a significant presence in India, particularly in Gujarat, and is actively expanding into other regions, including Maharashtra, Goa, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh. Solarworld is also pursuing opportunities in international markets for export.

ii) Robust Order Book: As of July 31, 2025, Solarworld’s order book stands at ₹11,981.75 million for EPC projects, with a cumulative capacity of 985 MW DC.
iii) Asset-Light Business Model: The company’s business model minimizes capital expenditures and fixed costs, providing flexibility and scalability.
iv) Strong Customer Relationships: Solarworld maintains long-term relationships with clients by providing tailored solar solutions that meet specific energy requirements.

Company proposes to utilize the Fresh Issue towards funding the following objects: 1. Investment in the Subsidiary, KSPL for partfinancing the establishment of the Pandhurana Project (₹575.30 cr) 2. General corporate purposes.

Promoters And Management:

1. Kartik Teltia (39 years old) is the Managing Director of the Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Delhi and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over a decade of experience managing the Company’s affairs and is responsible for business strategies and overall management. Kartik was previously associated with Pioneer E-Services Private Limited for over two years. 2. Rishabh Jain (36 years old) is a Whole-Time Director of the Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Delhi and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Rishabh has been with the Company for 11 years and is responsible for managing the administrative affairs. 3. Sushil Kumar Jain (67 years old) is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Rajasthan and is a practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Sushil has over 34 years of experience and is the Managing Partner of Sushil Jeetpuria and Company.
