Promoters And Management:

Rahul Maganlal Timbadia, aged 73, is a promoter of Saj Hotels Limited and was appointed Chairman of the company on March 29, 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Jai Hind College, University of Bombay, completed in 1980. With over 30 years of experience in hospitality and real estate and more than 10 years in metal trading, he has served as Managing Director of La Tim Metal & Industries Limited since 2014. Additionally, he holds directorships in La-Tim Life Style and Resorts Limited, Sanctuary Design and Development Private Limited, and their Own Rooms Dot In Private Limited. Karna Kartik Timbadia, aged 42, is a promoter of Saj Hotels Limited and has been on the Board since March 8, 2011. He will take on the role of Managing Director from March 29, 2024. He holds a Higher Diploma in Hotel Management from Kohinoor IMI University (2005) and has over a decade of experience in the hospitality and real estate industries. Under his leadership, Saj Hotels has launched two new resorts, Saj by the Lake in Malshej and Saj in the Forest in Pench. He is also a director of Perhaps Food Private Limited, which operates in the food and beverage sector. Kartik Maganlal Timbadia, aged 71, is a promoter of Saj Hotels Limited. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bombay University in 1974 and has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and real estate industries, along with 20 years in metal trading. He also serves as a director at La Tim Metal and Industries Limited and La Tim Life Style and Resorts Limited.
