Incorporated in 2006, PRO FX Tech Limited is a leading Indian distributor and integrator of premium Audio-Video (AV) and home automation solutions, catering to affluent households and corporate clients across India.

Business Activities

i) Product Distribution: Offers a wide range of high-end AV products such as amplifiers, speakers, soundbars, subwoofers, projectors, and turntables.

ii) AV System Integration: Designs and implements customized AV and automation solutions for Home theatres, Multi-room audio, Premium residential spaces and Corporate boardrooms, retail spaces, hospitality venues, and educational institutions

iii) Digital Signage Solutions: Recently expanded into professional display and signage solutions using active LEDs, interactive displays, and projectors.

iv) After-Sales Support: Maintains a strong service network to ensure ongoing product performance and customer satisfaction.

Presence & Infrastructure

PRO FX Tech Limited has a strong national footprint with 6 showrooms and 2 experience centres across Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Mysore, and Ernakulam. It operates 28 service centres across India, including 10 company-managed and 18 franchise-based facilities. The company also maintains a 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Bangalore and leverages a wide pan-India dealer network to efficiently distribute its AV products and solutions.

Promoters And Management:

1. Manmohan Ganesh – Promoter, Chairman & Managing Director, has over 33 years of experience in AV and automation solutions. A Post Graduate in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore (1990), he oversees business operations, strategic planning, global alliances, and growth initiatives of the company. 2. Appadurai Manuel Santhana Joekumar – Whole-Time Director & CFO, With 30+ years of experience in financial analysis and risk management, Appadurai holds a Master’s in Commerce from Madurai Kamaraj University (1989). He manages the company's finances, sales, marketing, and new business development. 3. Shreya Nambiar - Promoter and Non-Executive Director of the Company. She has been on the Board of Directors of our Company w.e.f. March 20, 2024. She has completed her Masters in Science from SOAS, University of London in the year 2019. and Bachelor of Economic and Social Studies in Business Environment from Cardiff University, UK in 2015. She has an experience of around 6 years in the Market Research and Business Strategy development.
