Integrated Business Model

The Company operates across five well-defined business verticals:

a. Watch Distribution (B2B)

– Pan-India distribution network of 70+ points of sale (POS).
– Presence across major metros and Tier I/II cities.
– Responsibilities include import, warehousing, pricing coordination, brand positioning, retailer training, and inventory planning.

b. Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) & E-Commerce

– Manages the official TAG Heuer India e-commerce platform.
– Operates exclusive boutiques via joint venture partnerships.
– Provides seamless omnichannel experience through digital retail tools and micro-sites.

c. After-Sales Services

– Two company-operated service centers in Delhi and Mumbai.
– Nation-wide network of 20+ authorized service facilities.
– Authorized spare parts distributor and technical training partner for multiple Swiss brands.

d. Branding, PR & Marketing Support

Handles local brand strategy execution, product launches, merchandising, PR, influencer engagement, and customer outreach programs for partner brands.

e. Tools & Machinery Distribution

Authorized distributor in India for Bergeon and Horotec, global leaders in professional watch and jewellery tools. and serves national jewellery chains, watch manufacturers, and independent service professionals.

With 70+ POS, Luxury Time Limited has a strong footprint across major cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Surat, Kolkata, Chennai, Coimbatore, Chandigarh, Cochin, Ludhiana, and Lucknow.

The Company has developed long-term partnerships with global luxury brands and effectively adapts international marketing standards to the Indian market context.

Promoters And Management:

1. Mr. Ashok Goel, 61, is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a B.Sc. from Delhi University and an MMS from Mumbai University. With over 17 years of experience in the luxury watch sector, he provides strategic direction and oversees the Company’s operations across Sales, After-Sales Service and Joint Ventures. He drives long-term vision, key business decisions and sustainable growth. 2. Mr. Pawan Chohan, 54, is the Promoter and Whole-Time Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Karnatak University and has over 10 years of experience in the luxury watch sector. He oversees four key functions—Marketing Services, Technology Support, Public Relations and Finance. 3. Mr. Masha Goel, 29, is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds an MBA from IMD and a B.Tech in Computer Science from VIT. With five years of experience, he leads TAG Heuer’s B2C business model in India and serves as a key liaison for the brand, while contributing innovative ideas for the Company’s growth.
