The Company will use Proceeds from the Fresh Issue for the following objects: i. To meet the capital expenditure for the project development at Sanjay Dubri National Park, Madhya Pradesh. ii. To meet the capital expenditure for the renovation of existing resort Pench Jungle Camp, at Pench National Park, Madhya Pradesh. iii. Investment in the Subsidiary, Madhuvan Hospitality Private Limited ("MHPL") about capital expenditure for the project development at Mathura Hotel Project, Mathura. iv. General Corporate Purposes.

Mr. Gajendra Singh, aged 55, is a Chartered Accountant with 31 years of experience. He founded G Singh & Co., a leading accounting firm specializing in financial management and consultancy. In 2006, he diversified into wildlife hospitality, focusing on conservation, innovation, sustainability, and expanding the hotel portfolio. Currently, he plays an active role in managing the company’s daily operations, driving its growth and strategic initiatives. Mr. Yashovardhan Rathore, aged 28, holds a Master’s in International Hotel Management, a B.Com (H), and an LLB, with 4 years of experience in related fields. He has worked as a management trainee at Adolphus Hotel, Dallas, USA, and as a Legal Forensics and Integrity Advisor with Ernst & Young. Currently, he oversees the operations of the company, bringing his diverse expertise to drive efficiency and growth. Mr. Ajay Singh, aged 30, holds a Master’s in Commerce and brings 10 years of expertise in accounting and taxation. Having worked with S K Patodia & Associates, Mumbai, and G Singh & Company, New Delhi, he now leads the finance department as the Chief Financial Officer. Known for his strategic insights and deep understanding of financial dynamics, Ajay plays a crucial role in ensuring the company's growth is financially sustainable and every initiative is viable.
