Encompass Design India Limited (“EDIL”) was originally incorporated on March 9, 2010. The Company is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with its registered office in Goregaon (East) and a manufacturing facility in Bhiwandi, Thane.

Operating under the consumer-facing brand “ScaleSauce”, EDIL builds, manufactures, and scales consumer brands, primarily in the Home & Living and Gourmet Food & Beverages categories.

Originally starting as a trading business in fabrics, the Company later expanded into e-commerce support services and subsequently into manufacturing and digital brand-building. Today, EDIL integrates product development, manufacturing, trading, and digital enablement to create high-potential consumer brands.

Core Business Activities

A. Manufacturing & Brand-Led Sales

The Company manufactures home and lifestyle products, including Bed sheets, Curtains, Comforters, Table linens and Pillow covers. In the food segment under its in-house brands, EDIL develops and markets a range of gourmet sauces and food products.

B. Trading & Gated Market Operations

The Company engages in trading of Agro-based products, Cotton, Fabrics. Additionally, EDIL sells various other goods through gated market platforms, enabling access to niche buyers and alternative product monetization channels.

C. Digital & E-Commerce Support Services

EDIL provides comprehensive digital solutions for D2C and corporate brands, including E-commerce operations support, Brand development, Performance marketing, Technology integration and End-to-end digital strategy. These services help brands scale online while improving visibility, conversions, and customer engagement.

With the company since 2013, she now oversees product development, design, and merchandising. 3. Mr. Ruman Kailash Agarwal (42) – Whole-Time Director, with 19+ years of experience in product strategy, digital marketing, technology, and e-commerce, he has previously managed project delivery and digital initiatives at Creative Global Services and multiple online brands.
