Promoters And Management:

Mr. Yashpal Singh Yadav, aged 40, is the Promoter and Managing Director of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi University (2008), an Export Management diploma from IIFT (2009), and a Post-Graduate Management degree from the European School of Management (2012). With over 12 years of experience in the plastic packaging and fertilizer industries, he has been with the company since its incorporation on September 27, 2011. He was appointed Managing Director on September 1, 2015, and reappointed for another five-year term starting September 1, 2020. Mr. Tej Pal Singh, aged 29, is a Non-Executive Director of the company. A B.Com graduate from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi (2014), he has over 10 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. Initially appointed as an Additional Director on January 4, 2021, he was re-designated as a Non-Executive Director on October 20, 2021, and is liable to retire by rotation. Ms. Liza Sahni, aged 37, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. With over 13 years of experience in corporate compliance and management, she was appointed as an Additional Director on April 19, 2023. Her designation was later changed to Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term starting September 30, 2023.
