Founded in 2008, Amagi Media Labs is a cloud-native SaaS company that enables media companies to distribute, manage, and monetize video content over the internet. The platform supports streaming across smart TVs, smartphones, and digital applications, eliminating reliance on traditional cable or set-top box infrastructure. Amagi’s technology has powered streaming for global marquee events such as the Paris 2024 Olympics, UEFA tournaments, the Oscars, and U.S. Presidential debates.

Promoters And Management:

1. Mr. Giridhar Sanjeevi is the Non-Executive Chairman and an Independent Director of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. With over 25 years of experience in finance, he previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Indian Hotels Company Limited. 2. Mr. Baskar Subramanian is one of the Promoters and serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. Prior to founding the Company, he was associated with ImpulseSoft Private Limited as Chief Technology Officer and earlier worked with Texas Instruments (India) Limited. He brings over 23 years of experience in the technology and media sector. 3. Mr. Arunachalam Srinivasan Karapattu is one of the Promoters and serves as a Non-Executive Director and President – Global Business of the Group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. Before the formation of the Company, he worked with ImpulseSoft Private Limited, SiRF Technologies (India) Private Limited, Integrated Decisions and Systems, and Texas Instruments (India) Limited. He has over 23 years of experience across technology and broadcasting domains.
