To consider recommendation of Dividend for the year 2020-21, if any subject to Approval of shareholders in ensuing AGM. 3. To consider the proposal for Nath Bio-Genes buyback of equity shares of the Company, subject to approval of banks and other authorities.

    Upcoming Buyback -NDMETAL .Though the balance sheets are weak. So , nothing special to look forward too.

    No Buyback as they will discuss this with there present lenders and if approval is received .Then the same will be taken up for discussion in the next board meeting.
