Homesfy Realty Limited Buyback 2025
Business Profile & Core Services
Homesfy Realty Limited is engaged in providing real-estate broking services for residential (and to some extent commercial) properties, assisting both real-estate developers as well as retail buyers/sellers and investors.
Its service portfolio includes: direct broking under the “Homesfy” brand, a platform for independent brokers/agents called “MyMagnet”, and home-loan distribution.
Origins, Geography & Market Position
The company was incorporated in 2011 and is headquartered in Thane, Maharashtra.
It positions itself as a “tech-enabled” brokerage/advisory firm in the organised real estate sector with presence (or expansion) in cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, NCR and more.
It claims to be among the fastest-growing in its segment in India.
Growth Metrics & Partnerships
Homesfy reports having facilitated thousands of home transactions and works with large developers (for example names such as Lodha, Godrej, Prestige etc are mentioned on its website) as channel partner/dealer-broker.
It has built a network of “Magnet partners” (brokers/agents) and leverages technology and platform-tools (CRM, lead management) for broker-community participation.
Value Proposition & Strategic Focus
Homesfy aims to simplify the home-buying process and provide a more reliable, transparent real-estate transaction experience.
By combining technology (platform for agents), brokerage services for developers and end-users, and ancillary services such as home-loans, it attempts to cover a broader part of the transaction lifecycle.
This “one-stop” / “platform + network” model differentiates it to some extent from pure offline broking firms.
