Archidply Industries Limited Buyback 2021
Archidply Industries Ltd., a great name in wood panel industries, is not a dome built in three or four years! But, it is a feat of hard work, positive attitude, dedication, self-learning, and sacrificing all the leisure by the directors to build an industry that contributes to the overall development of the nation. The history of Archidply stretches straight back to the year 1976 when Assam Timber Products was first founded.

How to Participate in buyback?
1. Firstly, to be eligible for the buyback the investor should have shares of Archidply Industries Limited Buyback 2021 in demat or physical form as on the record date [19.01.2021 ].
2. Once you have shares in demat, you can participate in the buyback process which is opening from [Not announced] by selling your shares through your broker on NSE or BSE.
3. Then on [Not announced], the payment will be given to you for accepted shares and unaccepted shares will be returned to your demat account.
Profit from the buyback on the bases of acceptance Ratio:
At present there is no arbitrage present between market price and buyback price, as current market price is higher than buyback price.
Recommendation:
Please wait for the stock to fall around 30 per share to enter in the buyback. The record date is very near i.e. 19.01.2021. So, if price does not come to Rs.30 say before 14th or 15th of the month, then it is waste to put energy in this buyback.
