Promoters And Management:
1. Mr. Sourajit Mukherjee is the Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and has been associated since 2017. He holds a B.Tech from West Bengal University of Technology (2006) and an MBA from ICFAI University, Dehradun (2008). With over 15 years of experience in mobility infrastructure and industrial solutions, he leads the Company’s strategic direction and operational execution.
2. Mr. Vinay Kunjuri Panduranga Rao is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company, associated since November 9, 2024. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT Karnataka, Surathkal (2009) and has over 16 years of experience in venture capital and private equity. He provides strategic oversight and ensures strong governance practices.
3. Mr. Mukul Gulati is the Non-Executive Director of the Company and has been associated since 2013. He holds an MBA from Columbia University, New York (2005), and has over 12 years of experience, contributing to the Company’s strategic guidance and long-term growth.
