Matrix Geo Solutions is a leading provider of geospatial and consulting services with a focus on:

1. Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS): Offering high-resolution drone-based aerial surveys for mapping, surveillance, and infrastructure inspection.

2. Geospatial & Remote Sensing Services: Utilizing LiDAR, satellite imagery, and drone surveys for actionable data analysis and decision-making.

3. Consultancy Services: Providing detailed orthophotos, 3D models, digital elevation models, topographical maps, and geo-referenced videos.

The company has expanded into Drone Training and Education, operating as a DGCA-authorized Remote Pilot Training Organisation (RPTO) under the brand Drone Academy of India. As of July 31, 2025, 81 drone pilots have been trained and issued Remote Pilot Certificates (RPCs). RPCs are valid for up to 10 years under DGCA Drone Rules 2021.

b) Sale of Goods/Software Licenses: Includes perpetual licenses like PIX4D Mapper Desktop.

Promoters And Management:

1. Mr. Rahul Jain (46) is the Promoter and Managing Director of the Company. Appointed as Director on May 03, 2010, and later as Managing Director on June 15, 2024, he holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration. With 25 years of experience in the geospatial industry, including drone and aircraft-based mapping, he oversees company finances, training initiatives, and external representation. 2. Mr. Amit Sharma (45) is the Promoter and Whole-Time Director of the Company. Appointed as Director on January 10, 2009, and later as Whole-Time Director on June 15, 2024, he holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and has over 27 years of geospatial industry experience. He is responsible for strategic management, business development, and marketing. 3. Ms. Meenal Jain (44) is the Promoter and Whole-Time Director of the Company, appointed on June 15, 2024. She holds a Master’s degree in Science and has over 16 years of experience in administration and HR. She leads the Administration and HR division and also serves as the Accountable Manager for the Drone Academy of India
