At Swastika Castal Ltd., she contributes to strategic planning, financial oversight, and client negotiations. Previously, she served as Relationship Manager at Adansa Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where she managed client relationships and business development. She is known for her focus on operational excellence and team development. 3. Mr. Ashwinbhai Kantilal Shah, Independent Director, aged 74, Mr. Shah holds a B.Com, LLB, and Diploma in Export Management. With decades of leadership experience, he served as MD of Mercury Phytocem Ltd. and currently serves as Independent Director at Gujarat Containers Ltd., chairing the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
