Water and Infrastructure Solutions Company are a growing water and infrastructure solutions provider specializing in the design, installation, and commissioning of water management infrastructure projects. Their expertise lies in groundwater recharging projects, where they are among the few companies in India with experience across the full lifecycle of such projects, including design, installation, commissioning, operations, and maintenance. They also undertake significant construction projects in the railway and highway sectors.

Expertise and Operations

Their projects primarily focus on Karnataka, where they have demonstrated significant achievements:
i. Completed Projects: Successfully executed 32 water management projects as main contractors and sub-contractors.
ii. Ongoing Projects: Currently implementing 11 water management projects at various stages.

Their water management projects span multiple activities, including:
i. Designing groundwater recharge infrastructure.
ii.  Executing lift irrigation systems.
ii. Developing drinking water infrastructure for rural habitations under the Jal Jeevan Mission.

Contracting and Tendering Process

They acquire projects through a transparent, competitive bidding process led by state and central governments. Additionally, they undertake sub-contracts from private entities. Their participation in government initiatives like the Jal Jeevan Mission has enabled us to play a crucial role in developing infrastructure for:
i. Groundwater recharging.                                             ii. Supplying treated water to drought-prone regions.
iii. Delivering drinking water solutions to rural habitations.

Promoters And Management:

Manish Shetty, Managing Director of the Company, holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum (2014). Before joining the Company, he served as the head of Shri J N Shetty, Class-I Contractors. Sujith T R, the Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, holds a bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, and an MBA from Annamalai University. He also earned a Doctor of Medicine in Pharmacology from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences and a postgraduate diploma in Diabetology from Vinayaka Mission University. Previously associated with Johnson & Johnson Private Limited, Sujith has been with the Company since its inception. Nista U Shetty, the Non-Executive Director of the Company, holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (2018). She brings valuable experience in the fields of wellness and hospitality.
